I’m Ché. Two decades in software, much of it leading teams for large multinational clients. I left that to work with smaller businesses, where the right tool makes a bigger difference. You work directly with me, and I’m still here when it needs to change.

They're trying to do their own work, but the questions never stop. I capture what they know and make it available in a knowledge base where the team can search for information and ask questions.
You update one tool, then enter it all again somewhere else. I work with you to connect the systems where possible, reducing the copying and manual updates.
I work through your actual tasks with you and your team, showing you useful ways to use AI and how to check the results.
You copy between chats, paste one result into the next prompt, and hold the order in your head. I turn that into something that runs without you, keeping the judgment you worked out.
Formulas break, versions multiply, and updates take too long. I simplify or fix what's there, or build something better suited to the work.
Duplicate contacts, inconsistent entries, and outdated records keep getting in the way. I clean up the data, automate routine corrections, and put checks in place to help prevent the same problems from coming back.

The Presence Practice
I rebuilt the brand, brought the offers into one membership, and built Flow Studio, which recommends a meditation for how someone feels that day. Members now have a daily reason to return and a clear reason to upgrade.

Law firm, Clio reporting
I built an internal application connected to Clio that brings case information into one place. Staff keep working in Clio, and the owner can review deadlines across every case from one screen.
I watched what the right technology does to a team. Your best people stop being held back by the tooling and start compounding. The ones who are drowning get their heads above water, because the thing that was eating their week is gone.
That is hard to see in a large company and obvious in a small one, where a single good tool changes what a handful of people can do. So I took what I learned and brought it here.
I have sat in most of the seats: writing the code, running support and onboarding, leading the services team, and in the room when the deal was being closed. So I can hear a problem described in engineering language, or finance language, or sales language, and recognise it as the same problem.
Ché is as comfortable speaking to engineers as she is speaking with the C-Suite.
That is the part I am actually good at. Most people can tell you what they want. Fewer can say what it is really costing them, because the thing that hurts has usually been worked around for so long that it stopped being visible. The job in the first conversation is to find that, and then find the smallest change that moves it.
