The founders knew the experience they wanted to create but didn't need five different specialists to turn it into a brand, product, user experience and working application. I helped shape the product, created the visual identity and brand direction, designed the experience, architected and built the application, integrated AI-generated personalized audio and subscription payments, and helped take it from idea to launch.

Clio Custom Manager

A law firm had critical operational workflows that didn't fit neatly into its existing software. I mapped the work and built a custom management experience around the way the team actually operates, including deadlines, settlements, filtering, reporting and operational visibility.

Peninsula Life Church / Barnabas

One organization needed a public presence, a members' experience and a native mobile app that all told the same story and shared the same information. I built the website, the member experience and the mobile app, integrated the systems the team already ran on, automated the work that was being repeated by hand, added an assistant and sermon transcription and summarization, and built the admin tooling, payments and messaging that keep it running.

Berean

Generated answers are easy. Answers someone can check are not. Berean is a Bible application built for a subject where being approximately right is worse than saying nothing, so it retrieves and grounds every answer in a real source, classifies and reviews content with a human in the loop, and reads aloud on the device rather than shipping audio back and forth. It runs as an installable web app on a large PostgreSQL dataset, with the model architecture chosen as much for cost per answer as for quality.

Revisibl / Funder Farm

Public funding records are enormous, inconsistent and full of the same organization spelled six different ways. The work was resolving those records into real entities, making them searchable by meaning rather than by exact wording, and keeping the evidence attached so every answer can be traced back to the document it came from, on a PostgreSQL dataset large enough that the architecture had to be part of the answer.
